Welcome to Psychology South Essex...

Based in Leigh-on-Sea and working throughout South Essex and beyond, we are Clinical Psychologists who work with individuals and organisations to promote a psychological understanding of difficulties and to improve psychological wellbeing.

We offer a safe and non-judgmental space to think, in confidence, about the difficulties that you, your family members or organisation are facing.

We will jointly develop an in-depth understanding of these difficulties which may lead to a range of interventions, such as therapy or training, tailored to the unique needs of you or your organisation.
